The Gradual Insinuation of Islamic Law Into Society
And the Need for Anti-Shariah Legislation

Former FBI agent, Counter-terrorism expert and host of www.understandingthethreat.com John Guandolo, applauds the anti-Shariah bills that have been passed in Arizona, Kansas, Louisiana, South Dakota, Oklahoma, and Tennessee, as well as the one most recently presented for signature to the governor of North Carolina—North Carolina House Bill 522 entitled Application of Foreign Law.

He discusses the need for such legislation here:

Most Americans understand the need to prevent terrorism, but few understand its true purpose.  Violence against non-combatants is a military strategy employed by jihadists to soften non-Muslims to the gradual insinuation of Islamic Law into their society's foundational religious, sociopolitical, military, legal, educational and media institutions.

The Muslim Brotherhood describe their subversive agenda in the United States thus:

The process of settlement is a 'Civilization-Jihadist Process' with all the word means. The Ikhwan must understand that their work in America is a kind of grand Jihad in eliminating and destroying the Western civilization from within and 'sabotaging' its miserable house by their hands and the hands of the believers so that it is eliminated and God's religion is made victorious over all other religions.

Most Americans are unaware that Muslim Brotherhood's grand jihad in America began in 1963 with the establishment of the Muslim Students Association (MSA), the first Muslim Brotherhood front group in North America. Fifty years later, there are hundreds of MSA chapters on US college campuses, multiplied numbers of prominent Muslim Brotherhood front groups and a large, yet undetermined, number of individuals affiliated with the Muslim Brotherhood, Hezbollah and other US-designated terrorist groups working in national, state and local government—many at the highest levels.
The freedoms we have taken for granted since our nation’s Founding are being systematically undermined by an enemy from within that has penetrated every sector of the Federal bureaucracy, including our national security, intelligence, military, law enforcement and diplomatic agencies, as well as the Executive, Legislative and Judicial branches of our Government. This clandestine jihad has made enormous strides in America since 9/11, due in large part to the willful blindness of national leaders who have focused all of their energies on terrorism prevention and winning the kinetic war, while ignoring the more insidious, growing threat.

The Muslim Brotherhood's "information war" against the West involves numerous well-known, and some not-so-well-known, Muslim organizations operating under the aegis of the Muslim Brotherhood—all of which embrace the following creed:
        Allah is our objective.
        The Koran is our law.
        The prophet is our leader.
        Jihad is our way; and
Death in the way of Allah
Is the highest of our aspirations.

Founded in Egypt in 1928 by schoolteacher Hassan al-Banna, the Brotherhood's two-fold vision involves worldwide implementation of Islamic Law and establishment of a global Islamic state (a.k.a. “Caliphate”). By surrendering the “Information Battle Space” to the enemy, we abet this vision.
