Governor Christie blind to the dangers of Jihad and Sharia?

Like many clueless Americans, Republican New Jersey Governor Chris Christie expresses his ignorance when responding to a question at a Republican Jewish Coalition event pertaining to his appointment of Sohail Mohammed to the New Jersey State Superior Court, according to John Guandolo, former FBI agent-Founder of UnderstandingTheThreat.com and author of “Raising a Jihadi Generation: Understanding the Muslim Brotherhood Movement in America.” The questioner asked about the influence of Sharia Law on the Muslim judge’s judicial philosophy. Gov. Christie said that he had no patience for such “ignorance,” calling the complaints against Mohammad “crap.”

John Guandolo, who conducts training seminars for law enforcement officials raising awareness regarding how to identify the jihadist threat notes:

“Governor Christie's ignorance is only outdone by his utter arrogance.  This particular exchange is one in a long line of comments he has made which make clear he is clueless about Sharia, and makes assumptions based on his emotions rather than facts on the table.  This makes him not only a poor leader, but a dangerous one.”

Guandolo wonders whether Christie took the time to research Sohail Mohammad’s credentials when he made the appointment. If he had, notes Guandolo, he would have discovered that Sohail Mohammad was a board member of the American Muslim Union, which has interlocking leadership with New Jersey Imam Mohammed Qatanani’s Islamic Center of Passaic County.
Qatanani, who was convicted in Israel in 1993 of being a member of Hamas, raised funds for the children of suicide bombers. Qatanani, who was not deported for lying about his conviction on his green card application, was appointed by Governor Christie to a Muslim “outreach” committee.
